Ensure field managers are taking appropriate measures for short and long-term success including: selling the right product mix, adding feet on the street, etc.
Provide continuous feedback and coaching to develop team members and improve performance.
Train new and existing sales managers on sales techniques, product, credit programs, computer system operations, cash flow, warranties and replacements, asset management, etc.
Build solid relationships with Sales and Service Managers, dealers and customers.
Deliver presentations on a regular basis.
Bachelor’s degree preferred along with proven direct sales and sales management experience. Qualified candidates will be very knowledgeable of the Automotive Service Equipment business.
