Manage assigned accounts and territory to achieve topline sales obligations.
Visit new and existing installers for product information and training. Cover geographic sales territories, developing and maintaining relationships with customers to drive pull through sales.
Support execution of sales plan set by Sales Director
Execute customer retention strategy
Execute marketing programs and provide input and feedback
Work hand-in-hand with sales directors to support and grow existing accounts
Act as day-to-day contact for customers
Visit customers – WD/Jobber
Manage changeovers, rebox, relabels, etc. in his/her own territory and assist in other regions as determined by the Director of Customer Experience
Process warranties , returns and inventory adjustment
Perform other related duties as assigned to help support attainment of company sales targets
Use a CRM system to track all work and pull necessary reports
Travel – 25%
Technical or Associates degree required/ Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in sales
Proficient MS Office knowledge especially MS Excel, PowerPoint
Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills
Reasoning abilities and analytical thinking
Must be self-motivated and goal oriented with a proven track record. A “Team Player” attitude is expected.
Must have excellent good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills along with the ability to prioritize activities to ensure client satisfaction.
Must execute the results with the proper quality of work and on-time.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and to complete quality work on a timely basis products.
Ability to make timely and quality decisions
Highly motivated, self-starter that has high personal goals and expectations and dedication necessary to achieve them.
Quality of working relationships with sales management and the ability to work and communicate productively with colleagues and Senior Management.
