Russell Fischer is looking for the right Detailers to add to our team! We have 4 full-service locations throughout Orange County in Huntington Beach, San Clemente, and Newport Beach. Successful candidates will have either Auto Paint Preparation or Auto Detailing experience and must have successfully operated a professional buffer/polisher.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Auto Detailer
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) vehicle exterior detailing, vehicle interior, windows, wheels/tires, headlight restoration, engine details, ceramic coatings and use of relevant equipment, supplies and materials.
Washes and applies restorative produces to automobiles.
Color sand and clear coat correction
Ceramic Coating Installations
Customer Service Followup
Makes minor repairs or adjustments to vehicles as directed.
Utilizes hand and power tools
Report any safety issues and pre-existing car damage to Management

Requirements
Excellent customer service skills are essential
Prior experience as an Auto Detailer is extremely important
Experience with professional buffing machines is required
Excellent communication with Management and ability to follow directions
Able to work weekends and holidays
Able to stand for hours at a time and lift 50 lbs.
Authorized to work in the US
