Creating a great team and keeping them happy is a key to success.
Finding and hiring Great Employee team members.

Paying attention to details
Having an eye for detail and looking for potential problems before they occur.
Throughout the day inspect and ensure all cars coming out of the wash tunnel come out clean, shiny and dry at all times. Quality and consistency is what makes success.
All equipment including wash equipment, nozzles, sprayers, soaps, auto sentries, and computers should be working at all times if possible. Do first line repairs, if possible. Call and ensure techs complete all other repairs.
Order and keep track of all parts, especially critical parts. Being proactive and anticipate before problems occur keeps downtime to a minimum.
Everything should be orderly at all times including wash, vacuum stalls, equipment room, restrooms and offices. Schedule and ensure preventative maintenance is always done.
Entire wash facility should be clean, neat, organized and professional at all times.
Check daily inventory of soaps, anticipate usage and order as necessary.
Think of and try out creative ways to increase sales and keep costs in line. Being a self-starter and self-motivated will propel you to greatness, rewards and satisfaction for yourself and your team.
Oversee entire car wash operation
Serve as the main contact with repair technicians, suppliers, employees and customers.
A High School diploma/GED equivalent. College education or occupational training is a plus
Must possess four years of proven leadership ability to mentor and train others
Must possess an energetic, outgoing, customer-oriented personality
Works well under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Great management skills & leadership ability
Valid state-issued driver’s license
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
40+ Hours a week.
Willing to relocate
Ability to lift 25-35 pounds, kneel down, and stand for long periods of time
