The Western Regional Sales Manager opportunity is a full-timeremote work position that requires 75% travel (a valid Passport and Driver’s License is required) to support sales in the Western United States and Canada.
As an initiative-taking and organized professional, the Western Regional Sales Manager for Plews & Edelmann must possess a strong work ethic who is willing to travel extensively within the USA and Canada. The Western Regional Sales Manager will interface extensively and provide support to external customers, outside sales teams, agent representatives, and Plews & Edelmann internal teams throughout the entire selling process. Additionally, the Western Regional Sales Manager will demonstrate fiscal responsibility in managing expenses, manage time efficiently, and clearly convey the Plews & Edelmann value proposition.
Qualifications – Education - Experience
Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and follow through.
Ability to exercise independent judgment to perform essential job duties.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, PowerBi).
Five (5) years automotive aftermarket parts sales experience required with a major aftermarket company. Automotive power steering systems experience is preferred. Must have a complete understanding of/proven record of managing/working with Agency rep partnerships. Bachelor's degree preferred (B.A.) from a four-year college or university. Multilingual (Spanish/French) a plus.
